For every one of your harnesses or assemblies, our engineers will create a custom production traveler to show in detail how to manufacture the product.

Each new assembly will undergo a first article review where engineering, production, quality and purchasing personnel will be present. Our procedures and processes are in accordance with ISO9001 and AS9100 standards.

Our engineering department will closely scrutinize each new drawing. Your engineering personnel will be contacted prior to any assembly, thus avoiding costly mistakes and downtime.

A pre-production meeting is held to review all drawings, tooling and test requirements for your specific job.

We utilize a fully integrated software program as well as CAD and other drawing programs in order to fully trace your job through each stage of it's manufacture. This ensures total traceability in every phase of production.
